Blue Straw Hat carcano Each frame came with 3Vintage 1940s dark blue straw hat. There are no labels or size tags inside. It measures to about a size 22. There is a faux pearl piece in the center front. There is some netting I did not notice any breaks. One tiny hole in the hat (not really noticeable).
