Girls Wellness Program Affirmations lunch and refreshments are providedA 4 week program designed to support school aged girls. Each week we will cover a different topic, such as; rituals, self care, affirmations, journaling, mirror work, self love, manifestation and so much more. The girls will have the opportunity to chat with Ren 1: 1 so she can foster their personal development and to ensure they get the most out of the program. This is a 4 week commitment of $80. 00.
